At the same time, in accordance with the principle of moderate advance, continue to build charging infrastructure in residential areas, expressway service areas, national and provincial trunk lines, logistics parks, large commercial shopping and other places, and optimize the individual application process of residents. For existing residential communities with installation conditions, a certain proportion of public charging piles should be built in combination with the renovation of old residential areas.
We will continue to optimize the supply of indicators for automobiles, and adjust the quotas when appropriate, in combination with the purchase tax reduction and exemption policies for new-energy vehicles and some passenger cars. The city and district jointly issue automobile consumption coupons to give certain subsidies to consumers when they buy new cars, and hold automobile trade fairs, automobile culture festivals, automobile carnival and other activities.
