1. To remove the spark plug, pull out the ignition coil first. Remove the wire plug of the ignition coil, unbolt the ignition coil, and you can pull the ignition coil out.

2. The ignition coil and cylinder block are sealed with rubber, which requires more force when pulling out.

3, remove the spark plug to prepare a wrench, long rod and hexagonal sleeve. The spark plug used on the car is usually removed with a 16mm hex socket.

4. The hexagonal sleeve with magnetism can bring out the spark plug together when removing the spark plug. If the spark plug you are using is not magnetic, it is recommended to insert a thick piece of double-sided tape into the sleeve to pull the spark plug out together.

5, if conditions, you can apply the right amount of "thread anti-stuck agent" on the new spark plug thread and then install the spark plug. When installing the spark plug, the spark plug should be fixed (magnetic sleeve or use double-sided tape) on the sleeve and then plug the spark plug back to the original installation. It is forbidden to put the spark plug directly from the mounting hole. The height drop may cause side deformation and lead to smaller clearance, leading to premature fire and affecting engine ride comfort.

6. If the torque wrench is used to pre-tighten the spark plug torque, please operate as shown in the figure above. The spark plug used in general cars is light metal, and the thread parameter is "M14X1.25". General e online shopping websites can find the right type of spark plug through the model.

7. In the absence of a torque wrench, the spark plug can be pre-tightened according to the figure above. The pre-tightening Angle of the spark plug for the plane base is 90°, and the pre-tightening Angle for the conical base is 15°.
